Tuesday is Soupday
There was much snuggling last night and this morning. Last night we snuggled all during Heroes, at least until my back started to give me issues and I rolled over onto my side. This morning we snuggled while I dozed and Eddie watched the tv. It was fantastic, and it’s definitely one of the best parts of my Tuesdays with him. Plus, we get to go to Olive Garden and have soup and breadsticks for lunch.
Nanny seems to be doing well still. Adding to her new “to hell with it all” attitude and/or behavior: feeding the dog bacon from the kitchen table. She’s also asked my mother whether or not she would be able to get a Hummer in red. I’m not certain whether or not the Hummer is in addition to the sports car or in place of it.
Sunday the floater RPh didn’t show up until about 11am. One of our regular RPhs was called in 30 minutes after we were supposed to open; due to the fact that there is no security gate for our pharmacy area, we can’t open the store until there’s a pharmacist in there, so we had a crowd of people hanging outside the doors. Little old men were shuffling around on the sidewalk complaining about how they weren’t able to buy their newspapers right at 9am. People were not happy. We also got a complaint yesterday about how there wasn’t any store brand stool softener, and how that’s just not right.
Today I get to work my short shift, and tomorrow I get to do absolutely nothing, which is more than enough for me to do on my day off. I think I’m going to drag Eddie out to Newbury Comics to pick up some hair dye and then have him drop me off at work.
