Humpday Work and Wishlist Gifts
Today ended up being a bit better than yesterday. The people that I like were there, and those I’m not fond of were more personable than usual. I was going to play with pills but someone didn’t show up and so I was register jockey once more. Neither of us wanted to cook so we went to BK and sat in there listening to rap and eating greasey stuff.
And then when we got home I found a great surprise, a mystery package from Amazon. We’d gotten a notice about it yesterday and I left a note telling the UPS guy to leave it on the back stairs today. I figured it was someone I’m friends with online getting me something to celebrate finishing school, but lo and behond it was a complete stranger who just simply likes my blog. So thank you, random Metafilter surfer who shall remain nameless, for buying the one item on my list that has been there for years. It’s gorgeous.
