Silly Fuzzy!
Last night, Skittles was insanely playful, dancing all over our couch and playfully lunging at me if I tried to take a blanket off the couch or get him out from under it. Of course this all happens about an hour before we usually go to bed, so he was still rather hyper when we put him back in the cage.
Now, some info about the cage. Our cage is old. It has 2 doors on it, one above the other, but I’m not sure if that was its original set up, since one of the cage doors is definitely not original (it’s a cage panel from a bird cage, complete with small sliding doors). When Skittles is out of the cage, we usually have the bottom (original) door open, and the top one closed so that he can go in and out as he pleases. When we take him out, or put him back in we use the top door, since it’s bigger and at the same level as his hammock. Last night we’d done this, left the bottom door open but forgot to close the top part up. When we put him back into the cage at bedtime, we must have forgotten to close the lower door and only closed up the top part. Thinking everything was closed up for the night, we went to bed. To avoid killing ourselves in our early morning uncaffeinated state, we usually leave the gate open.
Can you see where this is going?
According to Eddie (I slept through all of this), Skittles came into the bedroom and made himself comfortable in our bed with us. Eddie woke up only when Skit made his way up towards our pillows, triex to get under the covers and fell off the mattress. Eddie says that the *thump* of Skittles hitting the floor. He then woke me up, thinking that I’d brought him in there at some point.
I can only imagine the late night fun Skittles must have had running around the “forbidden zone” of our kitchen before ending up in the bedroom with us!

lists and I'm so excited you are going to be Alice, a plus size Alice is even hotter.
