Today I spent the entire day at the front of the store ringing people up. It wasn’t bad, in fact it was much better than yesterday where there was something like 8 people running around like mad and there was no way I could stand in one spot and actually learn anything about what I’m supposed to be doing. I’ve got the next 2 days “off” from the externship. This merely means that I’m spending tomorrow at home doing my training CDs (estimated 6 hours) and Thursday I’m at another store doing more training, but fortunately both days count towards my required 30 hours for the week. This is pretty good because it means one less day where I’ll be driving around in the morning and afternoon and using up gas before Thursday, when Eddie gets paid.

We spent tonight on FFXI. Normally we don’t play quite as long on weeknights as we did tonight, but we were on a pretty good streak and so we stuck around and had some fun for a few hours. There’s plans in the works to do the same thing tomorrow as we’d originally planned. I think I ended up with roughly an assload of screenshots. I did manage to level up some of my skills quite a bit, which will be helpful in the future, and I sold a few decent pieces of my equipment, which gives me money to upgrade my current stuff. Not that it matters too much about upgrading, since I’ll eventually complete my White Power Ranger look in 7 levels regardless of what I buy now.

Oh well. Bed time - Eddie just turned the lights out i and shut off the TV in here so I guess he’s requesting my presence in the bedroom.
