In another shining example of “management on crack when making the schedule”, after an 8.5 hour shift yesterday, I’m working 5.5 hours today, starting at noon. I guess they were short a person on Monday and were kind of annoyed that I was relaxing in training while they were swamped (Mondays are the busiest day it seems). And whoever made up the rotation for yesterday had no idea what I’ve been trained to do, since I was put on drive-thru (which I’ve never done) for about 7 hours; I was running both the inside pick-up counter and DT for the first couple of hours until more people came in, and then moved to DT at noon for the rest of the day. At least they’re giving me more experience around the pharmacy.

Eddie and I and a bunch of FFXI folks met up for a 2nd attempt at beating a boss most of us haven’t managed to beat yet. 12 of trudged through 4 levels to get to it, and then split into 2 groups and went into battle seperately. The first group was killed off, and after we stopped mocking them all, our group went in and after a 10 minute fight stepped out victorious. Very cool.
