Quick Update
I’m at the house, stopped in before I headed up to work. Eddie and I are doing fine at mom’s house. They made it to the airport on time, we haven’t killed any plants or pets, and aside from my 90 minute commute from S. Attleboro to Coventry last night, dinner’s been on time as well. Pickle has been taking walks outside in the backyard (with her harness on, of course), and Tuffy has been making it his goal in life to completely drive Eddie insane by either following him around like a shadow, sleeping on his lap, or whining in the bedroom while we try to sleep.
Work is fine thus far. I did more in the 8 hours I was there yesterday than I did in the entire 6 weeks on my externship. The store is nowhere near as busy as the other one, and the crew is much smaller (seems to be only 1-2 techs plus the RPh), so I’m getting a lot more hands-on training. Within 25 minutes I was processing scripts and adding customers into the computer system. Today I’m only in for 3 hours, and tomorrow I’ve got the day off, and the rest of the week is pretty short, but next week I start my regular hours and everything should be going ok. Money will be nice to have again.
