Saturdays rock my socks.
We spent the day at Mom’s house. Us women-folk went and got our hair cut, and Brian and Eddie went out to Walmart and got me some yarn and a hook so I’d have something to do at Mom’s and not get all fidgety over there. I ended up making an amigurumi rubber ducky for Eddie, which I proclaimed to be named Ernie. I also started working on a small penguin for my mother, and Danielle requested a horse.
We watched Christmas With the Kranks, which was completely predictable but still somewhat enjoyable for the fact that it had it’s funny parts and you didn’t need to really think about the plot.
I bought Pickle a Santa suit and some antlers to wear to Mom’s house on Christmas morning. It should get here sometime next week. Tonight we’re going to snuggle and watch SNL and Jack Black. That should be interesting to see.
