We’re up, and we’re awake. I’ve been up since just about 9am, and Eddie crawled out of the bedroom at about 10:30am or so. Pickle came out and ran around and attacked my feet, and I’ve been surfing the web a bit and chatting with some friends. We plan on spending a lazy day here at the house, leaving once to get food for the animal and probably something for dinner tonight and to deposit a check my mom gave us to pay Eddie back for the complete ass-rapage involved with buying 3 packs of Frontline and Advantage for the animals the other night.

We made pizza last night. We picked up a 2-pack of crusts for the same price as 1 Boboli crust, each picked out our own toppings, and each ended up with our own custom pizza for about what we’d pay if we’d had it delivered. I had pepperoni, mushroom, and feta and Eddie made up one with pepperoni, feta, sausage, and bacon. We discovered that we could get cheap feta and mushrooms at the salad bar rather than buying whole packages of it that would just end up wasted. There was no way I was going to pay $3 for a pack of mushrooms when I was going to use maybe 2 of them, and I hate the rubbery canned ones.

Eddie wants to spend the day playing video games. I think that’s what he’s doing right now. I think I’m going to spend the afternoon working on my crochet so I can get some more squares done. I’d like to be able to get all of the small ones that I’m doing finished so I can start working on the larger ones. For anyone curious, this is what I’m working on right now, but with green, white, and 2 different browns.
