Another thing you won’t hear in most houses:

“For your information, when I bend over I don’t always want something shoved in my ass.”

Said by Eddie when I made like I was going to stuff a tube a body cream up his butt when he bent over the couch and lifted a leg so I could put lotion on his beaver tattoo.

I’ve been up, on and off, since 4am. At 4am I woke up with the most godawful dry, itchy nose. It felt like the Sahara in there, complete with sand. I managed to get things right again, and rolled over and snuggled Eddie. Then I woke up at about 5am, and tried to snuggle him again, but this time he was asleep on his back and I ended up trying to sleep on his arm.

Pickle is running around. She’s out early today because I won’t be home at lunchtime to play with her (normally she comes out for an hour or so when I get up, and then for 2-3 after lunch, and then for a few more around dinner time and after dinner if she’s still awake). She’s been stealing everything that’s not nailed down. There’s 2 Pickle-places in the house. She brings things under the couches, but since the loveseat is lower than the couch and most things won’t fit under there, she brings things to the area under the arm of the loveseat, where the slipcover hangs over to the floor and makes a cave. Pickle is also very anal (no pun intended) about where to go to the bathroom. I was cleaning out her cage yesterday and she was trying to get into the box that I keep her litter/cage/bedding accessories in. I moved the box and she ran around me for a while, then ran back into the cage and backed her ass into the corner and went. We haven’t found anything in the corners since we first got her. I should find her and put her back into the cage so I can get ready for my appointment. I need to be there for 10am, which means I’ve got about an an hour to shower and dress and get pretty.

After my appointment I need to get lunch, and come home and play with her. I also want to hit Walmart this afternoon and pick up some thread and monkey stuffing.
