Neither movie was all that great last night. The Skeleton Key was more suspenceful than scary, although there were some creepy parts to it. Both Eddie and I sort of figured out what was going on about 30 minutes before it was over, but we weren’t entirely correct. The Fantastic 4 was better. Decent special effects, good amount of laughs, but the storyline wasn’t all that great. However, it was better than Daredevil.

Pickle is hiding somewhere. She’s been alternating between snuggling the ice bottle and going absolutely batshit insane in the living room all day. She’s been finding things in the baseboard heaters and hiding behind the couch with with them. She’s run all over the place with a jingleball in her mouth, dropping it and bouncing all over the place. She’s chased me around because I wouldn’t let her bite my toes. She fought with two sock monkeys on the couch. Batshit, I swear. Pickle also discovered that getting into the other hammocks in the cage don’t take much effort at all, so we’ll occasionally find her sleeping in the nylon one or the tube. I’m pondering getting a cam to rig up in there with her, but I don’t really want to spend anymore money on that sort of stuff right now.

Eddie and I have enjoyed the day in the house. It’s hot, and neither of us wanted to really go anywhere, so we’ve stayed home all day. He’s playing WoW and I’ve been reading, watching TV, running from Pickle or playing with him. I don’t particularly like playing on the server we were playing on today because he’s nowhere near me and I like being able to party up and do shit with him.

I think we’re getting pizza tonight. I’d like to actually go out and get it, because then we can sit and enjoy the AC, but that would require me to put on some pants.

We’re contemplating new tattoos. Eddie wants to get his maple leaf filled in. I’m pondering either a koi or a lotus. If I do the koi it will be on my left ankle/calf/foot, and if I go for the lotus it will be at the base of my neck. I’m still looking for decent designs, so if anyone has any suggestions, send them my way.
