Conversations….
So I’m at work tonight, and I’m on the phones for a little while because I’m on of the few people that is trained in a certain system that no one else has access to. At one point, I’m half an hour late for my 10pm break, and someone has dropped yet another customer into my queue to talk to, and I talk to one of the supervisors about what I should do.
“Um, do I have permission to drop the next customer that gets dropped into my queue?” I ask?
“Nope.”
“Even if I’m supposed to be on break 30 minutes ago?”
“Then take your break.”
“Does that mean you want me to release this call in my queue?” I ask, getting excited.
“No, that means I want you to take your break.”
*grin*
Gotta love a boss who enjoys customer service as much as I do *wink*
